What was the highlight of B&B HOTEL London Heathrow
Good
Good place if you are travelling from Heathrow or visiting Thorpe Park. Good sized bed and facilities were nice. Didn’t find it too noisy despite being under a flight path of smaller planes taking off from Heathrow
Only had one pillow each on the bed so sleeping was uncomfortable as too flat, bed also wasn’t the best quality but they are renovating so maybe new mattresses may be in the future.

Wonderful
Clean, comfortable, pleasant staff.
The name changed while we were there. It made it confusing to get the correct shuttle to them. It would help immensely if they would put the correct name on the sign post at #17 where you catch the shuttle. It should be listed with the Hilton, I think.

Perfect place to stay near Heathrow.
Great location very close to the airport. The bus from the airport drops you right across the street from the hotel. They also have a shuttle bus that comes and goes from the airport which costs a little more than the city bus. * I think the shuttle goes to the different terminals and the bus only goes to terminal 5. Right across the street there is a pub that serves Thai food and also there is an Italian restaurant close by. The hotel is being renovated but we had an updated room which was very comfortable.
I couldn’t figure out the heating/cooling system but I suppose I could have asked someone. We got the breakfast for 12 pounds and it was pretty disappointing. It looks like they will have a nice new breakfast area after the renovation and perhaps the breakfast itself will improve when that’s done.
